Accounts. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Usage. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to generate or distribute unlawful content.

Content. You retain rights to your content. You grant IndieGTM the right to process it to provide the service.

AI outputs. Outputs may not be unique; review before publishing. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules.

Billing. Paid plans renew per their terms. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer. Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
