Common failures
URL fetch fails
Common causes:
- The link is not public (login required).
- The page is mostly media (video/audio) with little readable text.
- It’s a direct file URL (PDF/MP4/etc.).
Fix:
- Use a different public page, or paste the key text into Text input.
Post publishing fails
Common causes:
- Platform rate limits
- Missing account connection or permissions
Fix:
- Try manual publishing for that day.
- Reconnect the platform account if needed.
Video render fails
Fix:
- Try regenerate to create a new version.
- If it keeps failing, contact support with the campaign/day context.
