Stuck jobs
Sometimes a day can look like it’s “generating” for longer than expected.
What to check
- Is the day inside the rolling buffer window?
- Are assets marked as Ready yet?
- Is publishing blocked because an account isn’t connected?
What you can do
- Refresh and check again after a few minutes.
- Use regenerate to create a new version (often the fastest way to recover).
- If it’s consistently stuck, contact support with the campaign details.
