Stuck jobs

Sometimes a day can look like it’s “generating” for longer than expected.

What to check

  • Is the day inside the rolling buffer window?
  • Are assets marked as Ready yet?
  • Is publishing blocked because an account isn’t connected?

What you can do

  • Refresh and check again after a few minutes.
  • Use regenerate to create a new version (often the fastest way to recover).
  • If it’s consistently stuck, contact support with the campaign details.
